Beta status. Improve-Ops is in Private Beta. Access is limited and may require approval. Development is ongoing and features may change as we improve the service based on user feedback. Private Beta access is free. New Pro subscriptions and paid credit top-ups are unavailable during the beta, and AI usage limits still apply. We welcome feedback at support@improve-ops.com.

1. Operator and service

Improve-Ops is an AI-assisted continuous improvement and project management service at https://improve-ops.com. It is operated by Tom Preston, a sole trader trading as Improve-Ops. Contact: support@improve-ops.com, or see our Contact page.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only where you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Improve-Ops unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit content you do not have permission to use. Do not submit confidential, classified, export-controlled, personal, commercially sensitive or otherwise restricted information unless your organisation has authorised that use.

4. Projects and your content

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You permit the service and its infrastructure and AI integrations to process that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriateness of your content, and for ensuring you have permission to share it with project members and service providers. Project sharing makes content available to the people you choose to invite.

5. AI output and professional decisions

AI-generated diagnoses, analysis, plans and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. They are suggestions to support investigation, not a confirmed root cause, guarantee, or substitute for professional judgement. Review outputs and supporting evidence before acting. You remain responsible for operational, safety, quality, regulatory and business decisions made using the service.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Free accounts currently include up to two active projects and 20 monthly AI credits. Pro is currently priced at £8.99 per month in the UK and includes 250 monthly AI credits and unlimited projects. Prices in other regions can differ; the amount and currency displayed are the total payable, including applicable tax. Private Beta access is free. New Pro subscriptions and paid credit top-ups are unavailable during the beta, and AI usage remains subject to account limits. Any existing subscription continues under its existing billing terms until cancelled. Where checkout is enabled, only matching Stripe prices configured as tax-inclusive are accepted, and Stripe automatic tax is requested so applicable tax is included within that total. The operator’s VAT registration status has not been supplied, and no VAT number is represented here. Monthly included credits reset at the start of each UTC calendar month; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits are one-off purchases and are used after included monthly credits; the app has no configured expiry for unused purchased credits. Stripe processes checkout and payment. Existing subscription charges renew monthly until cancelled.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop automatic renewal in Account or Billing. The current subscription function schedules cancellation at the end of the Stripe billing period; Pro access ordinarily continues to the displayed end date and the subscription should not renew after that date. Resuming a scheduled cancellation is supported. After a successful subscription event, the app sends a contract-confirmation email; Stripe may send a separate payment receipt. This cancellation control stops renewal and is not a substitute for exercising a statutory cooling-off right. For UK online purchases, a consumer may generally notify the trader within 14 days of entering a service contract that they wish to cancel. Before checkout, the app asks whether you request access to begin as soon as payment completes and explains that a proportionate charge for service already supplied may apply if you cancel during that period. This does not waive your right to cancel. To exercise the 14-day right, email support@improve-ops.com. See Refund & Cancellation.

8. Deleting data and accounts

The Account page offers two choices. “Delete my app data” removes projects you created that have no collaborators, your feedback, related audit entries, and your access to projects shared by others; it leaves your sign-in account and subscription unchanged. “Delete my account” schedules cancellation of any active Stripe subscription at the end of its current billing period, then deletes your sign-in account and the same eligible app data. Your access ends when the account is deleted, even if paid time remains. Projects with other editors or viewers are preserved and transferred to them. Stripe may retain transaction and invoice records where required for accounting or legal purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual property and third-party services

Improve-Ops software, branding and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. The service uses third parties, including Base44 platform services and Stripe payment processing. AI model provider details and their terms are not exposed in the app configuration. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy information.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or address a security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and steps to restore access. You can stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription using the process described above. Any suspension or termination remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

11. Availability and beta changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where appropriate. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to that, Improve-Ops is provided as an assistive service and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be correct or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or our operating arrangements change. The current version and its effective and last-updated dates will be published on this page. If a change materially affects paid users, we will take reasonable steps to give notice before it takes effect where practicable. Continued use after a change does not remove any rights that require separate agreement or notice under applicable law.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections and bring proceedings in any court with jurisdiction under applicable law. For questions, use the details on our Contact page.
